DriverReady LLC is a Delaware corporation that operates a cloud-based compliance management platform for commercial trucking fleets. 2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register for DriverReady, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and billing details necessary to process your subscription.

Driver Data

Fleet operators upload driver records to the platform, which may include: CDL numbers, dates of birth, contact information, employment history, medical certificates, drug and alcohol test records, motor vehicle records (MVRs), and other documents required under 49 CFR Part 391.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data including login times, feature usage, and session duration. We do not use behavioral tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools that share data externally.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the DriverReady platform.
• Send compliance alerts and document expiration reminders.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
• Improve the reliability and security of the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never monetize your driver data.

4. Driver Data and FMCSA Records

Driver data stored in DriverReady is uploaded and controlled by the fleet operator (the customer), not by DriverReady. DriverReady processes this data solely as a service provider under the customer's direction.

Drivers whose records are managed in DriverReady should contact their employer directly to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information. DriverReady will cooperate with the fleet operator to fulfill such requests.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Our security measures include:

• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, applied at the field level.
• TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Role-based access controls that limit data visibility by user role.
• Employer-scoped data isolation — no cross-tenant data access is possible.
• Regular security reviews and infrastructure monitoring.

6. Data Retention

Data associated with active accounts is retained for the duration of the subscription. Upon cancellation, customer data is retained for 90 days to allow for export or reactivation. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted upon written request to hello@driverready.net. Data not explicitly requested for deletion will be automatically purged one year after account cancellation.

7. Cookies and Tracking

DriverReady uses session cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and maintaining your logged-in state. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics tools that share data with external parties. No cookie consent banner is required because we only use essential cookies.

8. Your Rights

Customers may request an export of their account data or request deletion of their account by contacting hello@driverready.net. We will process data export requests within 30 days. Deletion requests are processed within 90 days and are irreversible once completed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
